We are actively looking for new game designs for publication in our 2025-2026 catalogue. Here at CakePie Games, we adhere to the following guidelines when selecting games to publish:

-The game is easy to teach, set up, and play: This is a core building block of CakePie Games. Without it, our core mission statement and audience does not exist

-The game takes between 15 and 45 minutes to play: Our current target for games is to take between 15 and 45 minutes. There might be rare exceptions to this, but that is our goal.

-Family games: CakePie Games aims to deliver high-quality, engaging family games at an affordable cost. We aim to publish games that offer fun and engaging experiences for almost any type of gamer. We seek to expand the hobby and open the doors for individuals who may not know about hobby board games.

-Low Art Assets: The amount of art in your game should be relatively low. This helps us manage cost but also allows for our artists pieces to really shine through in our games.

-Low Component Count: We are flexible on this, but we are not looking for large component count games. 1-4 types of components is ideal.

If these sentiments apply to your game, we would love to hear from you! Send a sell sheet and/or pitch video too:
